Please register in advance
No more than 80 dancers will be admitted to the Ball, and we would hate to turn you away at the door. So, while we will accept walk-in attendees if space allows, pre-registration is strongly recommended.
To register by mail and pay by check
Simply print out this registration form, put it with your payment in an envelope with a “forever” stamp (the form includes a mailing address), and send it via good, old-fashioned U.S. mail. Please also email Carmen at register@syracusecountrydancers.org to let him know your form is in the mail, so that he will know to hold your spot.
To register online and pay with a credit card
Complete all the information in the secure form below. Under “Sessions” choose “Sun Assembly” to register for the ball on May 18, with Dan and Bellamira. The $50 fee includes The Ball and the afternoon prep session.
You can also choose to add your admission to the advanced English dance on May 17. Attendance will not be capped on Friday evening, so if you want to wait to decide, you can omit this on the registration form. Then pay at the door should you decide to come on Friday.
After you click “Make Payment” at the bottom of the form, you should see the onscreen message, “Payment Successful!” A receipt is then automatically sent to the email address you have entered. However, we have found these receipts are frequently delayed. If you have checked your spam folder and have still not received the email confirmation within 12 hours, don’t hesitate to email Carmen, who can check to see that your payment was received and will gladly send a receipt.
Registering more than one dancer? Once you have clicked “Make Payment” and seen the “Payment Successful” message, refresh the page to start afresh. Please complete and submit a new form for each registrant.
